Went for Anime Festival Asia' 08 with sz today! met akii and kianghon there lol. to think i thought no one i know would go to this kind of otaku event xD
Gundam seemed like the main exhibit over there. got this whole big display of all the different gundam models... and so many of the stalls there sell some sort of gundam merchandises... but im not into mecha!! T.T luckily there were other displays of my favourite Fate Stay Night and a few other animes... Saber figurine in maid uniform!! ahh.
ok. sad to say. i forgot to bring my camera again.
anw. there was also tekken 6 and street fighter 4 and kof98 competition. lol. the pple are quite pro. and street fighter 4 looks quite nice in 3d..
then at 7pm... there was May'n concert!! never heard of her before... because she's the singer for the songs in Macross Frontier anime which i've never watched. but her performance was good and she very generously sang about 6-7 songs non-stop... Even though she's only 19.. every action of hers seems to exude an air of confidence that is able to set the crowd wild. haha and she speaks in a cute voice. ok found a photo of her at afa 08 just now:

ok. but anw on the whole afa 08 was quite good and it was quite enjoyable. definitely worth the $5 because of the may'n concert! upppzz! =)

I WAS KIDDING. omg. its... so.... fking gay!!!! the only use i can think of for it is to spice up sex life? who else in their right minds would wear THAT?!?
But shifu 不愧 is my shifu... he suggested it for army guys! Prevent nipple abrasion!! you know how sometimes the rifle sling/FAD in your chest pocket can keep shifting about and cause your nipples to be... abit sore during route marches? yup... this can be used!! perfect! should suggest to SAF. lol.
OK. ANYWAY I'VE FINALLY SECURED A JOB!!!! a 4-day job at SITEX as a Lexmark printer promoter. must sarporkkkkkk okaesss! Meanwhile, i'm still looking for other event/roadshow jobs on other days. so difficult to find... T.T

YESHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I'm a CIVILIAN again!!!!! PINK IC!! OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!
Took my certificate of service and attempted to make a banner today to commemorate this significant milestone in my life as a reborn civilian. wanted to make a see-through desktop wallpaper, but looks like i failed horribly. My arm looks disjointed lol. result of neglecting my dear photoshop for so long maybe? =X
i can predict many pple writing emo entries and reflect about these 2 years of NS... but there's seriously nothing worth reflecting and nothing much worth remembering in my opinion. i'll just treat as if i've awaken from a coma for the past 1 year 10 months. Time to enjoy my FREEDOM, catch up with my STUDIES, earn more MONEY and IMPROVE myself! HA!
Thinking of changing my course from NUS Computer Engineering into Information Systems and Business Accountancy Double Degree... *shrugs* still considering. need to research more about information systems first..

ORD is so near!!! 12 nov! fwahhhhhahahaha!!
ok. in need of JOBSSSS now. hoping to find those really short term part time jobs, like events and such... so i can stop anytime for a break and go for my tour... SITEX promoter! Book Fest cashier! wedding dinner waiter! or even tutor (sec 2 and below only =X)! but i dont want to go through those tuition agencies cos they freaking eat up half/first month's salary.. SOMEONE HIRE ME!!!!!! Anyone needs a slave? mE! $50 bucks per hour to be your slave. lol. but no sexual abuse ty.
and yesss. im quitting cabal AGAIN! quit quit quit. Lots of things to do after i ord. go for tour... learn driving... learn programming... learn japanese... practise singing, drawing, piano, photoshop, aftereffects, premiere.... catch up with jap anime/korean dramas/星光大道4/舞林大道/百万大歌星 etc...
lol. okok i know this is super outdated but i recently started watching this korean drama called Money War cos my bro bought the dvd. haha. such a cute show. act serious buay serious xD and the song melody is super catchy! lol. maybe i will learn korean too. xD

yoshh! Finally caught up with the latest episodes of 超级星光大道4 after returning from Australia!!
in love with this girl from 星光4... 康祯婷... she's super cute and her singing sounds like just like 周蕙! imagine her singing 周蕙's 赤裸... omg i think i'll nose bleed to death. support ah!
other than her, i think the other 2 girls in the pic below sing quite well too! and 2 of the guys... 林鸿鸣 the rocker and 吴勇滨 the hokkien-song master.. im too lazy to find pictures of the guys though.
